6. AI-Generated Content

7. Payment and Billing

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia.
